Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Lahore: 1–2 business days

• Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 2–4 business days

• Other Areas of Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,999.

• A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below the free shipping threshold. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts to the shipping address provided during checkout. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
